Virtual/Distance Consulting
Don't live nearby or otherwise cannot come in for in-person services? Not to worry. All you need is a telephone or access to a computer or smartphone. We can give you the guidance you need via phone, Skype, and/or e-mail. Virtually any of our consulting services can be delivered this way.

Virtual Group Programs
Don't do so well on your own and are unable or prefer not to do in-person nutritional consulting? Our virtual group programs are a popular choice for you "groupies" who prefer the added support and motivation that comes from working with others.
