Enjoy yoga without getting lost in the crowd. Like all of our classes, our yoga is limited to six (6) people per class so that you can enjoy a more personalized and fulfilling experience.
Now that many cardiologists are recommending yoga to their patients, the numerous benefits associated with this mind-body activity are becoming widely known, such as reduced blood pressure and stress levels, increased circulation and cardiovascular fitness, and improved flexibility and strength. Our yoga classes emphasize deep rhythmic breathing and gentle stretching. All of our yoga instructors have extensive and diverse training and experience in yoga instruction, as well as backgrounds in anatomy, physiology, and structural alignment.
First class is always FREE for newcomers!
Fee: $25 per class or $200 for 10 classes ($20/class)
No membership or initiation fees.
